These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the mAIcard platform, owned and operated by TripleSR Technologies India Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By registering, subscribing, accessing, or using the mAIcard platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
By creating an account, making a payment, or using any feature of the mAIcard platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for or use the platform.
mAIcard is a cloud-based Digital Business Identity Platform that enables businesses and professionals to create and manage digital business cards, business profiles, QR-enabled digital identities, and AI-powered customer engagement solutions.
The platform may include AI-powered business representatives, customer enquiry forms, media galleries, QR sharing, lead collection, and other digital business tools depending on the subscribed plan.
mAIcard offers multiple subscription plans including Free, Economy, and Prime plans.
Each plan provides different features and service limits.
The Company reserves the right to modify, enhance, discontinue, or introduce new features or subscription plans at its sole discretion.
The customer is solely responsible for:
i) All information published on their digital card.
ii) Company profile and business information.
iii) Contact details.
iv) Product and service information.
v) Images, videos, documents, logos, and other uploaded content.
vi) Customer data collected through enquiry forms or AI conversations.
vii) The accuracy, legality, and authenticity of all published information.
TripleSR Technologies India Private Limited acts only as a technology platform provider and shall not be responsible for any incorrect, misleading, illegal, defamatory, or unauthorized information published by users.
All business data, customer information, enquiries, uploaded files, and AI knowledge provided by the customer remain the responsibility of the respective customer.
The Company does not verify or validate the correctness, ownership, legality, or authenticity of any customer-provided information.
Customers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable privacy laws, data protection regulations, and obtaining any required customer consent before collecting or processing personal information.
The Prime Plan includes AI-powered business assistance ("Vakkiyam AI").
The AI generates responses based on information provided by the customer.
TripleSR Technologies India Private Limited does not guarantee:
i) Complete accuracy of AI responses.
ii) Business outcomes.
iii) Sales conversions.
iv) Customer decisions.
v) Availability of third-party AI services.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and maintaining the information used to train their AI assistant.
All subscriptions are prepaid.
Services will be activated only after successful receipt of payment.
All payments made to TripleSR Technologies India Private Limited are final.
No refunds, cancellations, or partial refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
i) Change of mind.
ii) Partial usage.
iii) Non-usage.
iv) Business closure.
v) Dissatisfaction after activation.
vi) Customer's internal decisions.
Applicable GST and taxes shall be charged separately as per prevailing Government regulations.
Prime Plan AI services operate on a monthly prepaid subscription basis.
Failure to renew the subscription on or before the due date will result in automatic suspension of AI services.
The customer's digital business card may continue to remain accessible (subject to the subscribed plan), but AI services will remain suspended until payment is received.
Subscription validity is based on the original billing cycle.
Delayed payments do not extend, carry forward, or compensate for the lapsed subscription period.
Example:
If your renewal date is the 1st of every month and payment is received on the 10th, the next renewal date will continue to remain the 1st of the following month. No additional validity will be granted for the delayed period.
TripleSR Technologies India Private Limited does not authorize any individual, reseller, employee, consultant, or third party to collect payments on behalf of the Company unless officially approved in writing.
Customers are advised to make payments only through:
i) Official payment links.
ii) Official Company bank accounts.
iii) Official Company website.
iv) Other officially communicated payment channels.
The Company shall not be liable for any payment made to unauthorized persons or unofficial payment channels.
Users shall not:
i) Reverse engineer the platform.
ii) Attempt to copy the software.
iii) Modify platform code.
iv) Tamper with security mechanisms.
v) Attempt unauthorized access.
vi) Extract APIs.
vii) Copy AI models or prompts.
viii) Circumvent subscription restrictions.
ix) Use bots or automated tools to abuse platform resources.
x) Use the platform for unlawful activities.
Any such activity shall be treated as a serious violation of these Terms.
The mAIcard platform, software, AI workflows, source code, user interface, APIs, branding, trademarks, designs, documentation, and related technologies are the exclusive intellectual property of TripleSR Technologies India Private Limited.
No rights are transferred to customers except the limited right to use the subscribed services.
TripleSR Technologies India Private Limited reserves the absolute right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice if:
i) False or misleading information is provided.
ii) Illegal content is published.
iii) Copyright violations occur.
iv) Fraudulent activities are detected.
v) Reverse engineering or tampering is attempted.
vi) Platform security is compromised.
vii) Subscription payments remain unpaid.
viii) Platform misuse adversely affects other users or the Company.
The Company may also remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
The Company strives to maintain uninterrupted service.
However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:
i) Scheduled maintenance.
ii) Software upgrades.
iii) Internet failures.
iv) Cloud service issues.
v) Third-party AI provider interruptions.
vi) Security updates.
vii) Events beyond the Company's reasonable control.
The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.
TripleSR Technologies India Private Limited provides mAIcard as a technology platform.
The Company shall not be liable for:
i) Business losses.
ii) Loss of revenue.
iii) Loss of customers.
iv) Loss of profits.
v) Incorrect customer information.
vi) AI-generated inaccuracies.
vii) Customer data misuse.
viii) Customer privacy violations.
ix) Third-party integrations.
x) Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising
from the use or inability to use the platform.
The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TripleSR Technologies India Private Limited, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, legal proceedings, liabilities, penalties, or expenses arising out of:
i) Customer content.
ii) Customer data collection.
iii) Violation of applicable laws.
iv) Intellectual property infringement.
v) Misuse of the platform.
vi) Breach of these Terms.
TripleSR Technologies India Private Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will become effective immediately upon publication on the platform.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
