4. AI Voice Agent Services

Premium plans may include AI-powered voice agent features. While we continuously improve these services, responses generated by AI may not always be accurate and should be independently verified when necessary.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments made for NFC cards, profile setup, customization, and premium services are subject to the agreed pricing. Refund eligibility will be determined according to our refund policy and the stage of service delivery.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

TripleSR Technologies takes reasonable measures to protect customer data. Information collected through enquiry forms, digital profiles, and AI services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability
